Professor Zhu accompanied General Manager Long on a field trip to Langyuan Group’s production workshop, conducting an on-site inspection of the product implementation of Garden Living 2.0, deeply verifying the alignment between manufacturing capabilities and design concepts.
At Langyuan Group’s modern intelligent production base, Professor Zhu focused on core aspects such as aluminum profile processing technology and processes, environmentally friendly spraying, and product detail control. Addressing the demand for natural curves and detailed textures in garden living design, Langyuan Group demonstrated the precision control capabilities of its CNC equipment, supporting the fine processing of customized profiles; the environmentally friendly spraying process echoes the pursuit of green health in garden living, ensuring the harmonious unity of products and the natural environment.
This visit led to a deeper consensus between the two parties on the collaborative model of “design + manufacturing”: Langyuan’s large-scale customization capabilities can transform the aesthetics of garden living designed by master craftsmen into mass-producible, high-quality products, laying a solid foundation for the full implementation of Garden Living 2.0.
